I am a first generation immigrant who has the honor of attending college and studying nursing, which has always been my dream career path. I will be the first in my extended family to attend and graduate from college.
My dream goal is to serve my community as part of the health care field as a Latina registered nurse. As a bilingual nurse, I will break down barriers and give patients confidence that they are receiving the best health care available to them.
My sister, who is an eleven-year-old autistic child, has been able to get medical help and acquired physical therapy as well as speech therapy thanks to our Priority Partners coverage.
